Before I have been on the Atkins' Diet since 8/20/00. To date I have lost 71 pounds. The benefits of this WOL are immense. I have been suffering from bulimia nervosa since the age of 14 (I am now 34) and since beginning a low-carb lifestyle I rarely have binge/purge episodes. I sleep better than ever. I have more energy and stamina. My moods and general outlook have improved. I can honestly say I have never been healthier. I exercise daily. I drink water pretty much to the exclusion of everything else. I am eating more veggies and natural, unprocessed foods. If this "diet" is killing me, then this is the way to go!!! :)
